Hospital planners and Medical Equipment Consultants.
The UHS responsibilities include the architectural floor layouts, departmental zonings, medical equipment layouts, and specifications, as well as interior design and furniture systems. The UHS Jordan is an ISO 9001 certified consulting firm in the field of healthcare. MEDA is involved in all mechanical, electrical and plumbing design documents & drawings, and prepares tender documents for all MEP engineering systems related to the project.

- Team Karbala;
Team Karbala is a medical advisory group of highly dedicated and renowned medical professionals who volunteer in assisting the project with their career expertise. Their expert opinions provide valuable information on the functional capabilities, opportunities, threats and limitations of the future operation of the project. However, Team Karbala’s involvement far transcends its role as an advisory team. Rather, each team member has been a vocal voice, advocating the project in North America. A larger than life, international figure, who has inspired numerous communities worldwide. Ms. Bazzy, who is a clinical registered nurse by training, is a transcultural and diversity specialist and a founding chair and president of Zaman International, a charity foundation that provides services to marginalized women and children whose basic needs would otherwise not be met. Zaman International, along with its more than 100 partners, provides humanitarian services on an international scale to deprived and marginalized communities. - Dr. Reza Nassiri,
Associate Dean of Global Health,
Director of Institute of International health, Michigan State University.
Professor Nassiri, who has earned his doctoral degree form University of Paris VII, is an international scholar and expert in global health education, research, development projects and governance. He has extensive experience and expertise in HIV/AIDS research and has developed clinical research programs at various parts of the world to combat this deadly virus. And has delivered seminar presentations in numerous international conferences and workshops. - Dr. Syed Kashif’s Haider, MD.
Dr. Kashif’s, a gastroenterologist at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown, KY, is a digestive internist with over 20 years of experience. He is a pioneer in humanitarian services worldwide, especially in the holy land of Karbala. - Dr. Mohamed-Rida Alsaden, MB. Ch. B, FRCPC.
Dr. M. Alsaden, a diplomate of American Board of Anesthesiology, is a staff Anesthesiologist at Henry Ford Hospital and Windsor Regional Hospital.
Dr. Alsaden, who specializes in Anesthesiology and Emergency Room Medicine, is a generous contributor to DRF and a wise and sincere advisor to the hospital project. - Dr. Syed Yassir Haider, MD FRCS Orth.
Dr. Yassir, a consultant Orthopedic Surgeon at Markham Stouffville Hospital, Markham ON, Canada, has dedicated his time and expertise in the humanitarian cause of extending hands to those who need it the most but cannot afford. Along with his siblings, he is a frequent visitor to the holy land of Karbala and a valuable consultant to the hospital project. - Dr. M. Ali Haidar, DO
Dr. M. Ali, a co-founder of World Sight, Inc., is an eye surgeon specializing in cornea, anterior segment and external disease. He is also a Clinical Assistant professor of Ophthalmology at University of Louisville; and Adjunct Assistant Professor at School of Global Health, MSU. He has established several eye projects in developing nations, bringing hope in preventing and reversing sight impairments of their vulnerable populations.
